Potential risks
A key challenge remains the lack of secondary legislation defining GMP requirements, inspection procedures, and licensing rules and requirements.
The Alliance will continue communication with the Ministry of Economy, environment and agriculture of Ukraine, the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, and Members of Parliament to help ensure clear and predictable procedures for both business and the state.
